There were 40 houses that closed for December 2010 in South Lake Tahoe. You have to keep in mind that we are a small city with only 296 houses on the market, so having 40 houses close is like having 13.5% of the inventory sold.

The market conditions shows us that the average sale price was $404,998 and the median sale price was $332,000. As you can see the percentage of the median price went up by 13.99% from November. We had a dip in October, but we got back up just in time for the end of 2010.
